China Vered Securities Limited (“CVS") is a subsidiary of China Vered Financial Holding Corporation Limited which holds Type 1 (dealing in securities), Type 2 (dealing in futures contracts, Type 4 (advising on securities) and Type 6 (Advising on corporate finance) regulated activities business licenses (CE No: BBK541) issued by the Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong.

Being a member of Hong Kong Stock Exchange, CVS mainly provides the following services for both domestics and foreign institutional clients, funds and high net worth customers.


Investment Banking Business


1) Debt Capital Market (DCM) Business 


Benefitted from China’s “Go Global Strategy”, the issuance of USD Bonds becomes one of the important financing channels for  Chinese enterprises, CVS gathered a team with solid skills and rich experience, and provides its customers with various types of financing solutions (including public bond, private bond, exchangeable bonds, convertible bonds, structured notes etc.), including full-chain services such as customizable solution, structural design, offering and underwriting, transaction settlement, and roadshow advertising, to meet the overseas financing needs of domestic and foreign corporate customers.

Milestone Events:Since 2019, CVS has been appointed as Joint Global Coordinators, Joint Bookrunners as well as Joint Lead Managers by over 10 Chinese-funded enterprises, including  Ronshine China, Kaisa Group, Skyfame Realty, Wanda Overseas, Jingrui Holdings, Excellence Commercial, Zensun Enterprises etc. with the total amount of over US$2.5 billion in assisting in the public and private issuance of USD Bonds.


2) Equity Capital Market (ECM) Business 


CVS is committed to long-term customer relationship and cherish the opportunity to grow with potential and promising corporate customers.  In the area pf equity capital market, CVS provides full life cycle equity financing services for rapidly growing enterprises, including introduction of early stage investors and mid-term investors, book building and underwriting for initial public offerings, placing/new issue /rights issue/convertible bonds/preference shares/non-public issuance upon Listing, stock collateral loans,  M&A transaction services, etc.,  and linked up with the Group’s other investment and financing and financial consulting services s, covering primary and secondary equity markets, to provide a basket of equity financing solutions for customers.


3) Corporate Finance Business


Through a professional team with cross-border financial experience in the Asia-Pacific capital market and relying on the Group’s business network, CVS provides excellent cross-border financing services to corporate customers.  CVS assists corporates with advantaged regions covering Hong Kong, the Mainland China, Japan, Singapore and Australia to carry out cross-border business, broaden financing channels and seek for M&A opportunities. For examples, CVS assists Chinese enterprises to find pre-IPO investors before listing in Hong Kong and listing of A Shares of Hong Kong listed companies, find strategic investors, assist in the pre-IPO planning and consulting before going public in Hong Kong, resumption of Hong Kong listed companies, restructuring of debts and capital and provide consulting services for cross-border acquisitions, mergers and amalgamations.
